One of our customers Mr. Sachin Shandilya has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Fujezone Dual SIM Full Touch Screen Mobile Phone and non receipt of sunglasses on his blog posted on 19 th September.

Since he confirmed non receipt of the MTV sunglasses, we have shipped the same through Blue Dart courier and same will delivered to him in 3-4 working days.

We have spoken to him and advised to send his product back through our courier and we shall refund the order value through cheque.

Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
