For failure of mobile function

Dear Sir,

I have registered eight times of complain through home shop 18 customer care, But they dont take any action againt my mobile.they continously send defected mobile. Iam hareshed for this service.(complaint nos are -1617195, 1702111, 1737186, 1840485, 1764276, 1840485, 1885298, 1903534) So sir please take any action against this complain, I am waiting your response against the mail.
