Home Shop 18 Not giving the refund

Dear Sir

I have purchased an Ice cream Maker of Softel Company from Home Shop18, I was not satisfied with the product. It is always told by Home Shop18 that if product is not upto the satisfaction level of the consumer then the consumer can return it back & money will be refunded. Home Shop18 has sent the TNT courier person at my home Place & picked the courier. I have already deposited 1799 Rs to Home Shop 18. Now the

Home Shop 18 is not returing me the money & harashing me.

TNT Courier has confirmed me that the courier is received by Home Shop 18. Now Home Shop 18 is not giveing me the refund. Kindly help me.
