Complaint againt floor manager neeraj

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that your floor manager (Shoppers Stop) Mr Neeraj of malad west {home shop} is very irrisponsible person.his communication is very week between customer & home shop people. as Mr. Neeraj was supposed to replace the damage chairs since from last three month .this is first warning, very soon i'm going to complain in the consumer court. as Mr neeraj is very unprofessional and very careless about his duties.

Pl take action as soon as possible.
