On May 25th I placed order (Order no: 703931004) for a total of 5 items, for Rs 2892.00 which was paid by internet banking. But due to problems not known to me when the whole process of placing the order and payment was over I revisted my order details. The details of the order had only 3 items amounting to Rs 1847. When I called the customer care I was given case id no : 4887192 by Mr. Prince on Monday 31st May.
Email exchanges happened and homeshope18 promised to refund the extra amount Rs 1045 back to my account with 15/20 days. The last email exchange that I had with Homeshope18 was
