Non Delivery of study Table

I had purchased a study table from Home town, The great India Place on 14 Aug 09 vide adv receipt no 2000035888. The date of delivery was 03 Sep 09. I still haven't recd it till 16 Sep 09. Despite speaking to all kinds of so called executives at Home town, no action has taken place.
