Dear Sir,
Me and my wife registered for the NCFM- Depository modules online examination on 28 th July wide NCFM id's Abhinanth K Chandran_00000705348 and Jeny Abhinanth_00000705349. We have took the exam date as Sept 26 at M G Road Kochi. Till date we didn't receive the study matrials for the exam. We have followed up this matter with NSE over phone and emails for the past one month they didn't gave a proper response. We have already paid Rs.1500/- each towards the registration fee and for the study materials. As part of the conditions abide by the NCFM online registration we have to appear for the exam in the stipulated time and if we fail the exam registration fee will not be refunded. In this scenario without getting the study materials we will definetly fail the examination and will end up loosing the registration fee, and the valuable one working day time. These are all because of the irresponsible behaviour of the NSE officials. I have attached below all the mail correpondence for this matter.
We don't want to loose our hard earned money and the time because of the irresponsibilities of the concerned official. So kindly look into this matter very seriously and make a suitable action so as to avoid these kind of situations for all the aspirants in future.

As per the mail from your chennai office I contacted the Transworld courier office. The lady who took the telephone asked me to give mine and my wife's ncm id. I passed the id, after a while she told me to contact nse HO since mine and my wife's registrations was not in their list. Then I contatcted nse office. The person who took the call asked me to give my ncfm id's. I passed the same and after a minute he said that my enrollment was registered on 04th April and my study material was sent on 06 April. I said him my complaint regarding the non receipt of the study materials and the response I got him from the courier office. He assured me that he will call me back with in one hour but till the time I didn't receive any call from your office.
Please note that although I made my NCFM registration by paying Rs.1500/- each (self and spouce) on 4th April I enrolled for the test only on 28th July. Then please explain how the study material was sent on 06th April? How can both of us apperaing for the exam on 26 th September with out getting the study materials. If we are not appearing the exam on date our registration money will lost and if we are appearing the exam without getting the study definetly we will fail the exam and lost our registration money and one day leave from the office.
I don't want loss all these things since I following up this matter in the past one month. I need a resolution grom the concerned otherwise I will escalate this matter to the superior
