Hi nokia/ my name is mr stuart brooks i am a nokia customer and have been since march 18th9 i purchased the Nokia, E63 i'v always liked nokia, mobile -phones, however i hade to send it back as it was, faulty, i have rang nokia on 0845 045 55 55 on numerous times to help me with my phone that is the same make/model this one is a lot better and works well / now this, is where the problem is, i purchased a USB Cable from Amazon.co.uk / order number 20345173566549162, which the seller was Earthbuyuk, there tel /no is 08712107035 i rang them to ask them to phone you @ Nokia to confirm i have bought this USB Cable the lady said if nokia quotes the Amazon ref/no which is forementioned in this letter they would confirm that i mr stuart brooks did purchase this said item, a lady called Sandra from nokia who works in the i think its options team/dept called me when i explained that i inadvertanly put my USB Cable also in the box by mistake with the other items, she said she would sort this out for me that was last week this lady has not rang me back infact no one has not only do i feel let down by nokia but i can't use my phone to config my email / and down load my music on it, one more point to add please when i have spoken to your tech/team to ask them how to use my USB Cable beforehand to use with nokia suit i'm now in a positon where i cant use my nokia E63 all because i a made the mistake of enclosing my own USB Cable by mistake, so please would you correct this please, as my phone bill to keep phoning nokia is costing me a lot of money, its now, £28.77the way i have been treated has been terrible, its not, long since i came out of hospital in blackpool /lancs after having major/heart surgery i dont need all this stress, because of people not phoning me back about my USB Cable, & promising me this will be sorted out for me My mobile number is 07955400693/ alt my home no is 01282433707 many thanks Yours Sincerly Mr Stuart Brooks
