Sir,

The Honda Service Center in Thane owned by Sai Point Company is providing bad service. I have got Honda Activa from Sai Point. For my first service I have been visiting the service center. They asked me to book the scooter for repairing. There was no response to my call. After several tries I was able to book the vehicle for service, these people misbehaved with me. Speaking with bad attitude I did not gave my scooter for service. They have attitude of only collecting the money.

Kindly do something.

Even there is no complaint section in Honda Web Site.

We all know that Honda is doing excellent in Activa Segment, but towards service department they are not paying attention. Appointing Sai Point for thane is really a big mistake.

Can any one brave to lodge the complaint in Consumer Section and teach them lesson?
