This is the Second time wherein I have come across with unsatisfactory services provided by your authorised dealer " B.U.Bhandari auto pvt ltd".
At the time of the vehicle being given at the service centre, and preparing the job card,
At time of collecting the vehicle it has been observed that the essential job itself is missed out...
Once for Starting problem for which the bike was taken to the service centre - which was missed out
Second time given for headlamp cover... the same was again missed... But the billig is hefty for things which we may not be aware if it is actually required or not.
Excuses are made that this is old model so parts are not available... Then what for is the service centre for... do we go to alternative franchises or spare part shops.
Being salaried person it becomes extremely difficult to spend time getting in these petty hassles... so most of the time it is ignored. But then if the mistakes are repeated then it needs to be highlighted that such people shoould not be in the service industry.
