I am kiran from hyderabad Andhrapradesh. I had visited in Honda Show Room (Pratul Honda KONDAPUR) at hyderabad on 21st July last regarding for buy a Honda Activa Scooter but the Executives commited to me that Honda Activa is not available till coming 2 months. They had suggested me to deposite Rs.1000 for pre booking for Honda Activa Scooter then after deposition of Pre Booking amount scooter may be available on or before 2 months. After two months also they are not in a position to deliver the vehicle and they are not giving correct status. Every time i am getting only answer i.e. we r not getting vehicles from Company.
So plz suggest how can i proceed legally to take action about their irresponsible answer.
and how can i escalate this issue to Honda company.
