As i have being the honda activa purchased on 25/06 from Prathul Honda Somajiguda from day one i have being giving for the service at the showroom there is no proper service being given to the vehicles some times they mis fitting the screw to some of the critical areas, one good day i got my activa punchured i called up to the break dowm people to take up the vehicle get punchred & service the vehicle at that time my vehicle 20600 KMs, after four days i took the vehicle from the service i have observed that my vehicle is vobbling i went showed it in the prathul Honda one Mr. J.M Babu Service Advicer asked me to change the wheel rim without taking any notice of the vehicle. i shouted at him and i told him i will come back next day & drop the vehicle to get it rectify the problem, the next day i went Mr Khan has taken up the issue & sloved some of the problem, Kindly Take up the issue with the compamy not to expolide the coustmer which i was been expersinesed.
