POOR SERVICE AT AUTHORISED HONDA SERVICE CENTRE

Dear Sir,

I had given my new Honda Activa for its second free service to the authorised honda service centre (B.U.Bhandari) at Pune Camp at the time of handing over the bike to the service supervisor in the morning there was not a single scratch on the scooter which was also checked and acknowledged by the supervisor but at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle in the evening I noticed many deep scratches on the bike & went back to the service centre manager who told me to come after 2 days & he will see what can be done.

Kindly advice my further course of action as I want the side panel which was scratched to be replaced & not repainted.
