I had given my new Honda Activa for its second free service to the authorised honda service centre (Prakash Automobiles) at Noida. It was given for service at 10.20 a.m. on 25-10-09. There was some scratches and dent in the Scooter that has to be repaired. At the time of handing over the bike to the service supervisor in the morning, I was committed that the delivery will be done on 28-10-09.Even though i knew that the time frame that they ask for is too much, i accepted that. When i went to collect the vehicle on 28-10-09, 6 p.m. I was told that the repair was not done. Then the supervisor committed that it will be delivered at their branch in Greater Noida the next day (29-10-09). But later they find lame reasons (power failure in painting dept., portion got scratched again while handling, etc.) and has not delivered even on 29-10-09. More over the customer service person there behaved in a very bad manner.
I am looking forward for justice in my case.
