Hello,

We have purchased Honda Activa in Oct from Faridabad. All the services are done from there and we had also taken additional warranty till 5 years. But, since last few months we are having problem with Activa. Two months ago, after so many status updates we somehow managed to get the CDI unit replaced (or I don't know if they have fixed that). Now, today the same problem occured and I doubt the CDI is again the faulty thing. Why Honda is not paying attention to it's customers. I am serious about this complaint and need urgent resolution of the complaint otherwsie I may have to write poor feedback of the product on all websites and send the complaint to the govt official websites and consumer forum websites then Honda will face the govt themselves. The dealer is also not supportive in getting the thing changed when it is faulty. I need urgent solution to this plz.
