DELAY DELIVERY

Dear Sir,

I have booked a honda activa dlx arctic white on 18/01 at ANAAL AUTOMOBILES, BHILAI (C.G.). The dealer has committed (in writing) us that he delivered the vehicle to us on march 1st week.he also told us that normaly they commit atleast 3 months time to normal customers. But due to some personal refrences he told that he will manage the vehicle and deliver the vehicle to us on before the committed date (before holi).during the waiting period we talk many times to the owner.every time he said that i will managing the vehicle. On march 1st week when we reach in showroom to take delivery the dealer said that the vehicle is still on transit and they deliver the vehicle on 10th of march to us.the words of the owner is"main apko 10 tarikh ko gadi de raha hu".when we go to the s/r on 10th the manager said that the trailor is not yet come.it comes on 12th of march.we again went to the s/r on 12th to get delivery, but still we coudn't get delivery.at that time I said that this is not fair.the owner said to me that if i am teaching him the fairness he could not giving me the vehicle.the dealer's behaviour is very poor.

kindly i request to you take any furthure action against the dealer so that he deliver my vehicle as soon as posible.
