My name Ajesh Tomy, my native Cochin, Kerala. I have been using honda activa scooters since 2005.This is the 3rd time i am purchasing the same product (Honda Activa).1st time i brought it from Arya Bangy honda dealer (REGN NO. KL-07-AX-9279), 2nd from Muthoot honda (KL-41-C-3339).and the 3rd unfortunately from Arya bangy itself (KL-41-C-4651). I got a worst experiance from the dealer Arya Bangy when i given my scooter for an accident claim. I have submitted all the original documents at the time i have given the scooter for claim. They havent did anything for 1 week. After a week i made a call to know about the work status.2 days i continued to call and after that i got the reply that the work havent started. When i called once again they told me that the reason is that i havent submitted the xerox of documents. The originals is with them. I got the reply from a staff (his name MR.Vinayan) that they will start work only if i came there and took the xerox from a nearby shop and give to them. He told no Xerox machine there. Even now i havent got my scooter back. I am owning 3 cars & 2 2wheelers all different brands. This is the highly worst experiance faced in my life. Expecting some response...
