Dear Sir,

Sub: After Sales – Very worst service at Trichy – Reg:-

I bought a new Honda – Activa vehicle (color: Block) on 29.08.2011 thro’ M.A Motors / Trichy / Tamil Nadu, Invoice No: 11IN02209 (TN45 AT-7158, Engine No: JC44E1551671, Chassis No: ME4JC448HB8440736). After my purchase, my vehicle has been taken to the workshop by the dealer for more than 4 times to rectify the problem prevailing in the vehicle. But until now, they have not rectified it. The vehicle is being driven by the physically challenged person and so he finds it very difficult to drive it. I already have nearly 20 Nos of HERO HONDA vehicle for my factory use. I bought this Honda Activa only in the intention of giving comfort and maintenance free for my physically challenged manager. But the vehicle does not fulfill our basic requirements. Also the dealer does not know to deal with the customers in a proper manner. He uses unwanted and indecent words; this type of behavior of the dealer spoils our aim of buying more vehicle of your brand in future. The dealer took the vehicle lastly on 28.02.2012 but until now they have not issued the vehicle after service. So please instruct your dealer to do the needful at the earliest.
