I bought a honda activa in sept and i replaced the entire set of fork after an accident in 2006. After installation of the new fork, the vehicle is pulling towards left side and when approached malakpet aadi honda service station, they sent it for fork throwing for 5 times and still the problem persists. After repeated services, the service engineer asked me to replace tyres, tubes, rims, bearings and brake shoes. after a huge investment on these, the vehicle is still as is. now they claim that the fork is not properly thrown and it has to be attended for. After showing my previous bills for fork throwing, they say that the shock absorbers have to be replaced. At this rate how can i rely on these people, with the attitude they show towards their customer. They are not able to identify the exact problem in the vehicle till date and these days they are avoiding me when approached the service engineers.
Pls attend to the problem in the vehicle. thanks in advance.
