Under warranty labour charge

Dear Sir

Mainly my complain is That Today when I reporting my Activa scooter with lock problem to your dealership named (Kaysons Automotive (P0 Ltd.) at Siliguri, They checked the lock & drop oil into the lock & Charged labour Of Rs 30 .00.

My complain is that If the vehicle cover one year warranty then is labour applicable for simple this work?
