I have completly paid cash for honda shine bike on1.09.08.and recd my bike only on 1.10.08. after the great struggle. as per the company norms 750-1000 kms or 1month period for 1st service for new bike.i have telephoned on 28.10.08 to asoaknagar service centere, they said there is no feasible date for service.again i have telephoned 1.10.08. the service dept strictly denied and not even respect the customer.with out service my bike is in bad condition and poor milege.where to complaint this, or shall i go to consumer court for the justice.
