POOR SERVICE NOT RESPONSE

Dear sir.

I have purchased one honda shine on dated 20/01 fron M/S Sahil Honda Jabalpur (M.P), After six month one tyre has been brust automaticaly and I have purchaed that tyre from your service center because your service people are not hearing our problum.

And now we have observe right side footrest bracket broken automaticaly on last december. That time your service people had done welding and i had paid chargeg for this welding. But now same parts agen broken from last welded place and other place also. We have seemed your service persion and discussd to them. As per him this is broken case and this is chargeble.

As per me this problum is running from waranty period and same parts had broken three time from different place. It mins this is your manifecturing fault. But your service people is not taken seriusly my problum.

Kindly I request to you pls change this parts withaut any coust. And today i have taken S.S.P. contract also for one year.

So pls helppppppppppppppppppp...!
