I had bought a Honda City Car in Jan. HR51H 3456.
i regularly got my car serviced in time from their authorized dealer M/s Classic Honda, Faridabad.
on 22-01-09 as routine service, i again got serviced from the above dealer. Ever since my car started giving missing problem. i had approached the dealer so many times but the problem remains as it is. i had then approached their 121 service 3-4 times but my problem remains where it was.
the worst part is if you want to escalate the issue to the top management, you will not be able to do so, as their top management Contact Nos. are not available with their dealers and the worst part is one can’t get their email ids or contact info on their site. the only no of their 121 service is available.
to day again i hv lodged my complaint with their 121 service, with a request give me an appointment with their CEO. i know, that they again refer this complaint to the dealer.
i will request you to kindly take up my complaint with Honda Siel Car India Ltd.
