Not satisfied with your product and service

This is ref to our Honda Civic DL3CAF5000 company car. We have purchased two vehicle Honda Civic on the same date March 07. DL2FHH5000 and DL3CAF5000 also purchasing all Honda vehicle for all other location in India for our offices.

This vehicle DL3CAF5000 Honda Civic is giving problem from the beginning and we have informed our service vendor M/s Bass Engineering for the same and cutomer care Honda Siel Cars India ref no 31000049.

The vehicle DL3CAF5000 Honda Civic has done only 24150 km. Whenever we had sent vehicle for servicing or maintenance work, we ve been informing your service manager about the problem. Pls find below the continuous problem we are facing.

1.There is a major problem in alignment due to that rear tyre of vehicle is getting wornout. We have changed the rear tyres in May 09 and again the condition is same.

2.Steering belt changed in Nov 09 .

3. Now again there is a problem with the AC compressor.

Pls note this is not acceptable and we want solution on this and waiting for your positive feedback.
