NO PROPER SERVICE NETWORK WITH THE COMPANY

I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA CIVIC CAR FROM CAPITAL HONDA THE CHENNAI BASED DEALER IN 2007.THE ABOVE CAR RUNS WITH 4 YEAR WARRANTY. NOW WHEN THE CAR WAS SENT FOR 20000 KMS SERVICE THE CAPITAL HONDA ASKS ME TO CHANGE TWO TYRES AND A WHEEL RIM SINCE THEY HAVE NOT ROTATED TYRES OR DONE WHEEL BALANCING OR ALIGNMENT UNTILL 20000KMS.THIS HAS MADE UNEVEN WEAR AND TEAR ON THE TYRES AND ALSO THEY CLAIM A RIM HAS GONE OUT OF SHAPE. I HAVE ASKED THE CAPITAL HONDA TO COVER ON WARRANTY THE ABOVE ITEMS AND ALSO WRITTEN TO HONDA CAR COMPANY. IF I DONT GET PROPER RESPONSE I MAY HAVE TO PURSUE THE MATTER LEGALLY.
