I am balaji from madurai. I purchased a honda stunner in the month of october. My vehicle number is TN58V9247.The vehicle had a good look and i was particularly impressed with tubeless tyres. After few months one day i saw my backwheel got punctured and i took to kalyani honda madurai. I gave quite early in the morning for service abt 9 am to get my vehicle atleast by 3 pm. They said that the repairing kit for stunner vehicle hasn't come and thats why they replaced with ordianary tube. My question is what is the purpose of buying tubeless tyre and purchasing a vehicle by investing so much of money in it? Just to replace with usual tyres? I am not convinced and can't understand. The vehicle was introduced last year and still the repair kit has not come to the market which really creates a bad name on the company. I purchased the vehicle just bcos i trust on Honda. Moreover when they fit the tyre,
they did not fit it properly. I found lot of difference when i ride my vehicle, but i could not do anything since my vehicle was delivered at 8 pm in the evening. When i asked the reason for the delay they said that there is no senior mechanic in the service station which was not my problem at all. This was the worst experience which i had at kalyani honda.
Secondly, back light of my vehicle got damaged due to an accident. The light was functioning but only thing is screw got loose and broken. I took to the service station and asked how it can be repaired. They said that nothing can be done and the whole part has to be changed which will cost rs-.I was shocked and took my vehicle immediately. It was repaired outside with just rs 50/.I can see all the staff are very much inexperienced and they try to cheat the customers.
The company should have a check with the service centres and should maintain a standard of their own. Please find a solution for this problem.
