I am lodging a complaint against Planet Honda Rajajinagar Bangalore from where I have purchased a new Activa (White) on 25/06. Normally all the showrooms give the delivery of the vehicle once the vehicle is registered with RTO. Hitherto I have not been given the registration no of the vehicle so that I am unable to drive the vehicle. whenever I enquire I have not been given a stisfactory answer for their failure to obtain the no. Now I am forced to go to Consumer forum if the issue is not setteled with in 24 hours. I request you to take the appropriate action on Planet Honda for their irresponsibility and lack of customer focus which put us in not using the vehicle insted spending money using other mode of transport to meet our daily commitments.
I hope you would take immediate steps to resolve the issue
