As you ppl know that there's a gr8 demand for Honda Unicorn... watever version it may be... all the versions have been rocking on roads... but implementing Honda Unicorn (GP Edition)... i thought Honda.. is diverted by not looking wat customer expects only dey want is to market new version of same product just by changing the color of the bike... one cannot beleive you guys...
I dont understand... if one of your Unicorn versions is in gr8 demand y you ppl dont concentrate for the production of the same... n satisfy customer by delivering the same the date your dealer provide... i.e after 30 days (1 month) waiting which is unbeleivable for a brand like HONDA... not executing the needs... I knwo you ppl have future planning n you ppl research but i assure you that implementing honda unicorn gp edition you have made a huge mistake loosing your own self-market as well as brand image... ppl... switiching to Yamaha FZ16... as they have no other option... Diwali is coming nearby but still... u ppl have not understood the customer requirements...
I have booked HONDA Unicorn (Premium) which is an awesome bike with perfect looks, features n accessories you have provided... on September 25 from one of Dealers in Vashi (PRATIK HONDA) but i got a call from him saying dat company is unable to deliver your bike the date i.e. 30 days after booking date as the production is less... n he says he will give me a call by November end i.e. 30th Nov. n does not even guarantees for the delivery of the bike i.e. 2 months after d date of booking... i have no choice... been loyal to your brand im still waiting for the delivery of the bike let it be november or december... but pls find some soln... as this scenario shud not be suffered by d other customers...
This is a special request to the production manager, as hes the one who is causing these problems...
