Sir,
1. This is to bring to your notice about certain incidents which has happened with me in past by HONEST placement service at Pune, Mumbai.
2. Iam an Air Force Officer posted to a place near Bhuj in Gujarat. I contacted HONEST placement, at Pune Ms Sneha and got a maid in month of November which was dropped here by one of THE Mumbai worker named Abdul. Just after completion of 30 days the maid named 'Lalita Pawar' strated showing extreme urgency to go home quoting that if she will not be sent she will die in next 2-3days. In a state of panic we sent her the very next day. Here, I would like to mention that the maid was charging Rs 7000/ per month and same amount plus Rs1000/ registration was deposited at Pune branch. This does not include the Rs 1300/ fare from Mumbai to this place.
3. Around 13 Dec we sent the maid back with Rs 1000/ and Rs 500/ was spent on her daily use items. We started contacting Ms Sneha for replacement but in vain. My parents who are there at Pune every day used to make 10-15 calls but always she used to make excuses. After sometime she stopped picking up the calls also and told her employee to convey the message that she is out of station. Sometimes she used to give assurance that maid is coming today tommorrow but noone used to come.
4. Now after almost 3 months trial I contacted the Mumbai branch, initially they also gave me various excuses then i spoke to Ms Divya she told me to forward my account number so that money can be reimbursed, i did it on last Thursday, since then she is not coming on line to talk to me. Mumbai branch employee doesnot let me talk to the director also.
5. In the meantime Ms Sneha has instructed the maid to threaten my parents that she will bring police if they dont give her rest of money. Can you imagine sir, Every other day a maid is making phone call to my parents that too from same placement Ms Sneha phone to threaten them. My simple solution was 'you give my Rs 8000/ we will give the rest of money of the maid'.
6. But now you tell me what to do kindly intervene and do some justice to this case. My account number is there with Ms Divya in case it is not pl do let me know i will forward it again.
