Not received money from ATM -HDFC

I used SBI Debit Atm Card at HDFC ATM. I inserted my card in the atm machine accepted

Machine asked my PIN No and all information, after that i entered Rs 500. after sometime the machine

said ' soory unable to process".. so i removed my card and go away. Next day i checked my account in my internet banking the amount Rs 500 debited. so what can i do for this? Please do the needful.
