This company has spoiled careers of so many upcoming youngsters. Let me describe what they do...
They have many names and advertise in job portals as well give calls with different names and calls for an interview, They offer really lucrative package during interview rounds but never on paper. They ask to join as mgt. trainee or for expereince some big designation just for name sake. They promise so many things and job seekers get ready to leave their current job listening to them.
Work part: They ask us to collect donation for blind people, for disables from door to door. They collect the funds and your salary depends on this collection.. (See how they are fooling people) Making profits saying lies and also force us to do the same.
Worst part: They ask any new joinee to go for fieled work for a week but this never stops after a week also they keep asking us to go door to door and of course a person will keep continuing in sake of salary and for better designation they promised. After complete month they tell you, you havenot achieved targets and they pay very mere amount. Once frustrated the candidate is left with no option but to leave and company has already earned profits from this person as he would have atleast brought some funds.. They are in no loss.
DAMAGE: Societal damage, Careers of young aspirant spoiled, fooling aam janta in name of donation, Spoils name of big NGO s, NGO s reputation spoilt.
THEY ARE WHITE COLLARED CRIMINALS STOP THEM.. PLEASE
