Hotel Arma Residency
No refunds recieved for Booking that was cancelled

I had done a booking with Hotel Arma Residency on 21st September and cancelled the same on 13th October. The payment was done thru credit card. It was been over a month now that i have not recieved any refund yet. Even after constant mails and telephonic conversations, I have not got any fruit ful results.

Request if the consumer court can help.
