PALM SHORE BARBECUE HOTEL SUNDAY BUFFET A DISASTER
Buffet priced at 250 were in the dishes are below par it’s a constant menu and they keep omitting dishes week after week.
Starting soup- Non vegetarian soup this week was Attukal soup which lot of pepper so that people don’t drink.
Come to the main course a standard buffet will have Mutton, chicken; fish here its only one chicken and one prawn. Mutton dish is ommitted.when asked they curtly say there is mutton biriyani with no piece.
Salad counter is pathetic at least one non veg salad and veg salad has to be there here its only veg salad they didn’t refill the chicken salad entire at all
.Btw no refills happen if the dishes get over until you finish the meal.
Desert initially two ice creams and one Indian sweet was served now its only two local ice-cream served.
I guess high profit margin is the head of the management now. Worst is yet to come guest perspire profusely with absolutely no air-condition at least they should keep fans. Waiters are curt and rude. Over all Hotel Management needs to buck up if not word of mouth will spread and last but not the least no stale food and left over from and Saturday to be served on Sunday buffet please. Else this would spread like wild fire among all at least in my office – and friends who work with Airtel, Vodafone, and major IT companies. A Chain mail will start from next Sunday informing about Sunday Buffet.
I hope this mail reaches the right person and Ensha Allah he takes right measures to correct his staff mistakes and provide good food worth the money.
