Charging excess amount on MRP

I visited above said hotel recently & ordered company product ice cream worth MRP 20.00 Rs but they charged Rs.30 for the same.i asked them about, but couldnt get the proper answer. I want to know whether i can make a complaint against the hotel for charging excessive amount?
