I had booked a room at Ahmedabad in Hotel Ambassador for my company executives using online services of Hotelpushpak.com. The booking was made in September 04 for a stay at Hotel Ambassador on 21/10/08. I tranferred Rs.1200 vide cheque number 485436 dated 05/09/08 drawn in ICICI Bank account to Hotel Pushpak Account Number 00 610 500 1989 ICICI Bank, Bhubaneswar.
The booking details are: Booking #: HPR-089-5227-58758 Pin: 6920. The person who was in charge of booking was Mr. Avinash Specialist, Booking - Hotel Ambassador Cell Ph. (0) 9861044252 Phone (0674) 6980020 / 2311654.
When my executives reached Hotel Ambassador, they were told that Hotelpushpak.com has not paid the amount. My executives had to pay cash for their stay. When I contacted Hotelpushpak.com the next day, I received very poor response. Since then I have called about 50 times to their officein vain and I am yet to receive the refund. I am lodging a complaint so that others do not lose their money like me.
