I had purchased a Spice Mobile handset of Rs 7400 from the Hotspot Retail Outlet of M/s U.R. Telecom, Hotel U.R. Complex, 7/3, A/1, M.G. Marg Civil Lines Ph- 3017277
Allahabad on Monday 8 June afternoon. I was going there to purchase the Samsung CDMA mobile but due to availability of only single models he showed me the other sets like spice set also. He showed me the latest Spice set no is SPICED88NGOLD and told me that it is much better than Samsung it has also the same feature like Samsung the back up of this set is also 1and a half day and i can talk continuously four hours in a day on stand by mode.
But after purchasing the set i got knew that i cant talk not a single 15 minutes from this set in spite using it on silent mode when i used this set after full charging and within 10 or 15 minuted its battery totally finished i has to charge it 2to 3 times in a day. I used the new battery which i had got free in this set but the same problem occurs from both of the battery.
After watching 2-3 days i had gone to the retailer shop on Sunday 14 June and said him to replace this set because it is not working properly whatever you told me i am not getting from the set. It give me lots of trouble i have charge 2-3 times in a day the handset became heated within in 15 minutes. I had told him that whatever you told me on believing you i had purchased this set but now i am not satisfied.
After this he told me that now he is not responsible, i myself have to go service center he is not liable for this indecent. I asked him that what is the guarantee that this kind of problem will not occurred in future he said again i have to go whole of the year in service center again he is not liable.
In this way my question is if a person who invest 7000 to 8000 and that is not small amount and get this kind of response then what he can do in this case.
After forcing me they told me that i give me your set for a day we will check it but we cant replace
and again in future if i face this problem i have to go myself to the service center they can, t do any thing.
Sir i just want justice because i am a student and i had purchased this set after saving whole of the year this a big amount for me and i don't want this set again because now i have no excitement remains for this set i want a set which have good back up quality as well good features but i did, t get the the main things.
So please having look in my complaint and give me your response as soon as possible.
