Frequent power off - No responsible answe

Hi,

There is power cut happening in my residencial area every day in the mid night and morning times also for last two months frequently happening.that to only annai sathy nagar 3rd street.

when called to this number : 044 24713988 department people are saying that 'peoples are working on this dont know when the power will come'. This is answer i am getting in the midnight at 12:00 ' o Clock.

I think this is not the responsible anwer.

I recorded this conversation also

If power off if you try this number always you can hear only recorded voice saying that " number busy try after some time". rarely you will get the line.

Our people's dont know wats really going on overthere.

We need the permanent resolution for this problem. Kindly look in to this matter and resolve the issue asap.
