WORST SERVICE AND QUALITY

I would like to create awareness regarding pathetic treatment by House Full, Kharadi, Pune (Furniture, home appliances store). We purchased bedroom set worth 15, 999 on 14th Aug-08. We made full payment and asked to deliver the same on 3rd Sept-08. After a week I called them up and asked to deliver this on 1st Sept-08 to which they confirmed over the phone. I once again cross-checked after 2 days by calling whether they will be delivering the furniture on 1st Sept-08 and they replied positively. On 1st Sept-08 when I did not hear from them till late afternoon, I checked with the showroom and some lady told me that it has already been dispatched. After calling them thrice, I was informed that they do not have stock and they will send the furniture after 5 days. As informed, I doubt when I will get the furniture as the showroom manager informed me that they are bringing it from their Nasik Showroom. After running after them like mad, I received furniture from them on 7th sept 08 though I had paid them on 14th August08. Still the mattress was not fitting to the bed size. Till now I am regularly following up and shouting at them but all in vain. They just give lame excuses and commitments. Even some of my office colleagues had told me earlier about the poor delivery response and customer treatment by House Full. ANYBODY PLANNING TO BUY FROM HOUSEFULL DUE TO LOWER PRICE BEWARE..THEIR SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND QUALITY SO PATHETIC... WAIT FOR SOMETIME TO GET SOME MORE CASH IN HAND AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE..
