the cricket pack updates are activate without activate from me . this service actvate from 12th september so my balance detect 30 rupees .i was compaint in costumer care but no resolution from reliance costumer care.pmy complaint no. is in costumer care .136728056.

i humble request to you that plz return my n detect balance 30 rupees and deactivate this service
