Not working from 1 month

I do complant of my land line phone no.05622570797 to my area dayalbagh exachange before one month . my all bills are paid by timelly. im the chairman of nagar panchyat soami bagh . i do call at your dayal bagh office every day but there s no one come to reply me back, why are not working my phone?? i call on 2571199 & 2800000 also. whats the probleme tell me please. or i cut my connection frm BSNL agra.. waiting for your reply.
