Dear Sir,
This is Amit Singh. I am staying at address- H.No 142, Room No 104, 1st Floor, 8th Cross, Bhubneshwari Layout, Munnekolala, Bangalore from last 1.8 yr.
I have given 10, 000 Rs deposit. As per rent agreement before leaving room I have to inform my owner 1 month in advance. I already informed her 1 month back. 16th December I will complete 1 month. But today my room owner said that she will not return my deposit. Since I am moving to Delhi, I can not stay at this address after 16th December.
So please tell me what to do? How to get my deposit back. I am not the only victim. Who ever stayed in this building, no one got his deposit back. They are cheating every one.
Please suggest what to do.
