i want to reach the concerned person who can help me, but i am not able to find a way to give my compliant... anyways the story goes like this!!!one day i got a call from a lady telling me that she is from AIRTEL & she offered me a migration scheme of my prepaid airtel to postpaid for the same number which is 9900399076... i accepted the offer. The next day a person by name SUNIL came to me, filled up the form & took 300/- for which he did not acknowledge any reeipt but when asked he told the form itself is a receipt. Again after two days he gave me a SIM card aswell... there were some verifications also done by the executives. But my agony begins after that, now its been more than a month nothing 's been done till now... when i went to the Airtel office in nandidurga road, bangalore, they tell me that since i don't have a receipt, they cannot find out the solution for this... Now my concern is that your company people are least bothered to solve customer's problem. please kindly address this problem as you are losing a lot of customers..I would also want to bring to your notice that most of your employees i.e. almost 90%, behave very rudely & with a lot of arrogance... i would apprecaite if any concerned person can help me solve this problem...
