I have produced all the relevant ducouments for getting enrolment of my name in voter list/electoral roll at Kalyani (AC-92) (Part NO-99), Dist: Nadia, West Bengal area but it is not understood under which circumstances my name has not been included although I have been interviewed three times and shown all original relevant docus concerning this matter. Lastly on 04 Mar 09 I have again been appeared before the auth dealing officer at SDO Kalyani office and produced all. May I request your honour to please enter into the matter and do the needful, so that my name is included in electoral roll/voter list?
