Passport not recived

Sir,

I submitted all my documents dated 29-1, the status showing passport has been granted and will be expected to be dispatched by 07-4, subject to all docuement being in order.

But till date no passport and the status is updated on 9-4, but it shows the above mention data.

Kindly advice!
