Dear Sir,

My complex has four buildings. All the four buildings have four different registered societies. As regards the open area in the complex, it is not known to which society the open area belongs. However, now my society wants to charge car parking charges for parking in the open area. My society is not paying any taxes for the open area. Hence, it is requested to inform whether my society has any legal right to charge the parking fees.
