Very poor construction quality and facing lots of problems

Hi,

We staying in Shubhashree Woods, Pimpale Saudagar, Pune-411027.

Here the construction quality is very poor. You will fine lickage, water problem.

In Rainy season you will feel like swimming tank everywhere. If you want to go out of the house then you have to walk in water which is upto your knees.

Drainage system and water tank is near.

Builder promised for all amenities. Now he is giving any aminity in micro size or not at all.
