Respected sir,
I am a student of Bapatla Engineering college . on 26/09 i am travelling in APSRTC bus no. AP10Z 9212 . In that bus Lady conductor who is incharge of collecting amount for tickets is behaving very rude to the passengers and he is forcefully get down the passengers at stops especially old age people. She is behaving irrespectful to the senior citizens and she is not giving change to the passengers eventhough she is having change in her hand. If any people said " I will give a complaint on you" she said no one can do anything
so please respond to my complaint and take severe action on her to not to repeat such things again
