The company has given me a bad product

I hav purchased a laptop HP530 notebook on september. after 8 months it shows problem.i hav to replace a new battery.after that i got harddisk problem .i hav replaced it.after that i got 2 times dvd problem.the company has used recycled parts for use.now i am facing battery problem again.when i am calling a technical person to replace my processor fan . he broke something inside my laptop.and fix it through a adhesive tape.he also made some scratches on my laptop.when i talked to the customer care and talk to the service engineer in conference the service engineer argued with me that that part is not broken and not slacken.and i asked him why u forcefuly open my laptop.he told me that it is our procedure to open laptop like this.i hav called somany times the customer care for the service.some times engineer called me that it is raining outside i cant come.they hav fixed a meeting time to meet.but they dont come.i think Lalani Bhubaneswar has cheated me to sell me a defective product HP 530

What to do.?

may i go for aconsumer case.
