Delay in Gas Delivery

Respected Sir,

I have booked my gas cylinder on 3rd March but the cylinder is not delivered till now. This is not the first time i am facing the problem. It becomes a routine for every month. The delivery boy misbehaved my mother, and argue with her. The quantity in the cylinder was also not up to the mark, when we ask them to weight the cylinder then they refuse everytime. My consumer code number is 640364 issued to VIjay Kumar, my father. The name of distributor is OM GAS AGENCIES, PALWAL-121102 (Haryana). Its a humble request to you that please take some displinary action against the distributor.
