Haven't recieved motorola q8 phone even after 6 weeks

I bought a laptop model cq40 327TU in may and the companyhad given a student offer of either a motorola q8 phone or philips music player.i opted 4 the phone and had sent a draft of RS 3999 after registering on their website.but till date i haven't recieved the phone nor any communication from the company's side.
